The rooms had beautiful traditional Thai decor and were very well maintained. the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the area was a highlight of our stay. the hotel was conveniently located close to the Chiang Dao caves and had a lovely garden.
The toilet door in one of the rooms didn't have a working latch and couldn't be fully closed from the bedroom.

I had an amazing stay at the farm in Chiang Dao. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The owner, being a local, was very knowledgeable and made my experience even more authentic. The farm stay itself was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere. I loved that I could easily access Wat Chiang Dao temple, just a short walk away. The option to rent a bike or motorcycle was a bonus, allowing me to explore the area at my own pace. I highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at this camp. the location is perfect, with a beautiful garden and lake on one side and majestic mountain views behind. the facilities are great, with even leaf impressions in the concrete, giving it a unique touch. the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. I initially booked a tent but ended up staying in a chalet since I was the only guest. This was a bonus for me and made my stay even more comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here and didn't want to leave.
No negatives from this place. 🌟.

A must visit place
One of the highlights of my stay at Chiang Dao Story Camp was the breathtaking view from the hostel. I chose to stay in a tent, but due to the rainy weather, the owners kindly accommodated me in a spacious and airy hostel with an incredible view. The peacefulness of the camp, surrounded by rice fields and charming villages, made it a truly memorable experience. Additionally, the owners went out of their way to prepare meals for me, even though their cook was not available. Hot water and coffee were readily available, adding to the comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this place.

The location of this camp was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains. It provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The owners of the camp were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The food offered at the on-site restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast provided was amazing. the close proximity to the hot springs, cave, and temples made it convenient for exploring these attractions.
I found the accommodation rates to be a bit expensive, which was a drawback for budget travelers.

The only thing that could make the breakfast choices better would be to add a wider variety of fresh fruits.

The camp's location was convenient, with close proximity to the Chiang Dao caves and Wat Tham Pha Plong. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea, and bananas available in the common area, as well as the free bicycles provided for exploration.
The price of the stay was slightly higher than expected, possibly due to the less touristy nature of the area. the lack of a sink in the room for handwashing after using the toilet was a minor inconvenience, although the shared bathroom facilities were kept clean.
